I'm so frustrated...can someone help me figure this out. I cant seem to get the 2nd attribute mission and dont know why. It the mission where that chick turns into the monster. I have completed "Hero's Journey" (where you can change your profession) but still have not been able to get "Heros Challenge". Does anyone know how I can go back and get this quest?

Vanyi in droknars forge, she's by storage..........
The quest is best done from copperhammer mines, its a tough one because there are a shed loard of nasties waiting when you get there. good luck

Hero's Journey is not where you change your profession.
Hero's Journey is the crappiest of all quests:
All you have to do is go to Destiny's Gorge, Heroes' Audience, and Seeker's Passage and you're done.
I don't know why you can't get the quest as you've obviously ascended else you wouldn't even be able to get Hero's Journey.

Whatever, the quests where they ask you to change your profession, whatever there called.
I have been back to Vanyi many times and she never gave me the quest. Its like it has been abandoned or something. I even went back up to Copper and there is none outside the exit.
Everytime I go to Vanyi shes just like "wth do you want".

You have to do one of the "path" quests that would allow you to change professions, then go back and talk to Vanyi.

You get the misson in Drok's Forge by talking to Sanyi (or Vanyi, I get the two mixed up)...anyways, she's standing next to the Xunlai Storage Agents.

In Destiny's Gorge you get Forgotten Ones quest where you have to seek out Sariss Yassith. When you find him he gives you Forgotten Wisdom quest which takes you to Siliss Yassith. He will give you the 15 attib. pts.
I think I have the names in the right order, but that's the general sequence for doing it. Good luck!

And you cant get to the rock the reward giver is on unless you go to the other rock and cross over the statue.
It took me a few minutes of wondering how the hell i got up there to figure that out.

I am having the same problem... I have ascecnded, changed my secondary and finished the first attribute quest. I have also done ALL the Secondary Quests. Vanyi is NOT giving the heroes challenge to get the second set of A.P's.

to get heroe's challenge, u MUST do at least 1 of the <insert profession here>'s path. u dun have to change profession but u just have to do it. then vanyi will offer u the quest.
