Chaos. i think so too >.< ive only ever seen -2 (while in a stance) with -3 (hex or %) and ive bought and sold alot of shields. As for the +hp (always)/-3(%) i'm not too sure, i asked if they existed once on the forum and a few said they did but i've still never seen these mods together.

I used to have an aegis [req 7] that was -2 stance/-3 (10%) if that helps, so I'm sure -2 enchanted/-3(10%) does, ask Hazek.
