Sorrow's Farming (how?)

I've heard of many people farming in sorrows and im looking for a successful build. if anyone dosen't mind sharing their builds, post em here! thanks

Search. Someone posted a Monk/Mesmer sorrows farm build awhile back....

the 105/55 build works just as well. Replace two of the skills with mend ailment and smite hex and you're good to go.
