Looking to buy a flame artifact that has these stats:

Energy+12
Energy+15 (14 acceptable)
Energy Regeneration - 1

This can be purple or gold. If gold, fire casting speed is preferred.

Currently I am using a healing ankh because I am a secondary monk.
Since I am going to switch to E/Me echo nuker I need flame artifact.
