Healing Skills:
- Signet of Devotion, Heal target ally for 72 health
casting cost: 0, casting time: 2 sec, recharge: 5 sec
- Purge Signet, Remove all hexes and conditions from
target ally. You lose 10 energy for each hex and
condition removed. casting cost: 0, casting time: 2,
recharge time: 30
- Vital Blessing, 10 energy plus an arrow of regeneration
casting time: 2sec, recharge 0

Defense:
- Signet of Midnight (Elite). You and touched foe become
blind. Casting cost: 0, Casting time: 1, Recharge 20sec
- Signet of Humility, Target foe's elite skill is disabled
for 15 seconds, casting time 2, recharge 20
- Bane Signet. Target foe takes 22 holy damage. If that
foe was attacking, he is knocked down. Cost: 0, Time: 2
Recharge: 25

Other:
- Blessed Signet, For each enchantment you are maintaining,
you gain three energy, maximum 17. Casting cost 0, casting
time 1 sec, Recharge time 20
- Mantra of Inscriptions (stance). For 66 seconds, your
signet rings recharge 40% faster. Casting cost 10, casting
time 0, recharge 20.

Rationale:
In current PvP, Energy can be very expensive, and it is
easy to get interrupted /w effecitve mesmers and rangers.
Furthermore, if you enchant your entire party /w Vital
Blessing, you don't have any energy to play with. This
build fixes all that!

1. Enter combat /w 4+ Vital Blessings on your warrior minions.

2. Fire up "Mantra of Inscriptions" and keep it running

3. Use "Signet of Devition" every 5 seconds,
(3 recharge + 2 cast)

4. Once every 15 seconds, purge your worst-off friend of
conditions and hexes; if I read this signet correctly,
it purges first, and then drains your energy. Well,
if you don't have any regen arrows left... you don't
have any energy to drain.

5. Once very 13 seconds, take out your toughest opponent's
primary skill -- almost permanently (it disables for 15,
but you get to do it again in 13).

6. If a warrior attacks you... blind them, knock them down,
and run. Your value is giving 150+HP to your tanks,
it's ok if you play a game of hide-and-seek all day!
Too bad there isn't a signet of fast running.

7. When its time to "renew" your mantra, or re-create a
vital blessing use the Blessed Signet to give you that
"pump" of raw energy you need.

8. Laugh as the mesmer wastes his time trying to shut you
down by draining your energy or Backfires you; hope
that the opposing team doesn't have an anti-signet
skill loaded (a good bet). Drop one of your blessings
if the mesmer has Mind Wrack ;(
