Yup. Prot Bond got into a fight with a nerf bat. It wasn't pretty... when Prot Bond got out of the hospital, he was never the same again. :P

with 16 prot prayers and a +1 prot icon. you could get prot bond down to 1 energy lost per hit, and if you put essence bond and balthazars spirit. you would gain energy. Farming monks used this and that's why anet fixed the skill. so the minimum energy you would lose is now 3.
