Initially, stay far away from battle and spam Order of Pain all day long while the Warriors (or Ranger/Warriors) are doing their damage. You give them an extra 16 damage on each physical attack for 8 seconds if you bring in a +20% enchantment enhanced staff. When you are under 30% health (but have at least 2HP), go to the nearest healthy enemy at the tip of your aggro circle, cast Blood Renewal then Grenth's Balance. They should have 50% health while you are at 50% +6E regen (and a 200 point bonus in ten seconds). Now cast Shadow Strike for 102 damage, then Vampiric Gaze for another 63. They'll be at 20% or so health.
Use your wand until recharge for more casts (they'll both be ready five seconds after VG), but you've damaged them enough for a Warrior to take over to remove the final 20% health they have. Soon you are back at 100% health, and spamming OoP once again.
Energy? Haha, with all the deaths from pets and Warrior targets, your 10 Soul Reaping should keep you potent. OoP every 8 seconds doesn't drain energy too much, so you should be fine most of the fight. As a general rule, you don't want to use Awaken the Blood with Blood Renewal. It'll kill you everytime you sacrifice your way to 0 health. I posted info on this and my other Grenth Balance tactics here.
With Diversion, use your extra energy from time to time on Monks and/or ElMos who are spamming their setups (35 sec recharge if it works). Distortion dodges arrows and Warrior attacks while you kite to safety.
So here you are buffing your team, deeply damaging enemies yourself, screwing up the skill options of casters with Diversion, protecting yourself from melee rushdown with Distortion, and getting good energy bonuses with each death on the playfield... if someone asks if you can do more to help the team, type /slap in the console and see if it works.
