I have x/X skills unlocked

I've noticed people saying they have a certain amount of skills unlocked. Do they manually count them or is there a way to check ingame?

Go to create a new PvP character - you can easily see what skills, upgrades & runes you have unlocked in the screens there.

Thats how people know how many things they have unlocked - because it's easy to go to create a PvP character and just change the main profession to check on all runes & upgrades as well as what skills are unlocked.
