The mods are nothing. I could sell a naked fellblade and get just as much as long as it still has 14%^50. Required 11 strength is not bad at all. 13, ya that's a bit high but if your actually wielding a sword to kill stuff you should have at least 9 or 10 in Swordmanship. If I'm shooting too high go find your own fellblade guys. Maybe it's just me.

if you plan on actually using the fellblade and sword skills then you should have 12 in swordsmanship anyway. (12 is optimal lvl)
one problem with the price is that: if it is 15>50 then price will be massive.
you would think that 14>50 is not likely to be much less expensive (1 measly %)
but people with a lot of money want perfect.
considering that a clean 15>50 fellblade can go for 500k i wouldn't say that 100k is over the top at all. 100k is gettable by people who will never be able to afford 500k.
anyway you still get to ping: I'm wielding a Sundering Fellblade of Fortitude.
i'd say its worth 100k.

actually i find this sword to be good, some people can't afford perfect weapon and a -1% off can help them a lot to buy "still good" good looking weapon without paying a big amount
actually i'd say the big reason why -1% on a Fellblade really make the price go low is because Fellblades are getting very common (they sometimes from from chest now, yea nothing new) not like the chaos axe which gold chaos axe are pretty rarer which make let's say 14% chaos axe still worth a fortune and even the 13%
and since Fellblade are becoming more "common", why not go for perfect if there are so many of them on the market
anyway, b/o 200k is ridiculous but this can be worth 80-100k if IsdDominus finds the right guy. (mods aren't perfect but you can always change them right ? and sundering 9% is not bad)

If fellblades are so common why do I see people spamming out their amazing longswords and fiery dragon swords. Where do you guys find a fellblade in less than 7 hours of constant farming? STOP REFERRING TO THE ----ING MODS. I'm not selling mods, I'm selling a fellblade that is 1% away from being the second godliest sword in the game. If you think thats common than you can go try and find one for less than 100k. Stop trying to make me think this is worth less than it is. It's a 14%^50 FELLBLADE. Make bids or keep your opinions to yourselves.
