Is it worth it?

Currently I'm a Ranger/Elementalist (level 8). But I recently started a new character to help my friend who just got the game in pre-searing. Anyway, I went ranger again, but this time choose necro as secondary. I started to like it more than my elementalist, and I seem to do alot better with it in PvP even though it's level 4.

I've spent alot of time on my ranger but do you think I should bother starting again for the 4th time so I can change my secondary class? I sorta wanna keep the same name so if I am going to change I"ll have to delete my account, and if I don't like it I'll have to start all over again back with elementalist as secondary. The only move I use with elementalist is fire storm, I don't like any of the others at all (fire magic).

Any tips, advice anyone can give me before I commit?

you would only lose a few days at most
if you are having more fun and success it only makes sense to redo it for a character you will be spending a lot of time with rather than always wishing you had changed earlier

Thats the point of the game! FInd new builds, whats the rush... You cant go past level 20 so its all about having it right. PLus if your alreaady better than b4 theres no problem.
