crash when i zone

75% of the time when i zone out of ascalon i crash its driving me nuts

i get this error:

alcxsens(62) = 00009167 error : oe: 0028 ff17bbc7

running win me
2.5 ghz athalon
1 gig ram
gf4 5700le vid card

dx9.0c, newest vid drivers

any ideas?
