Changing Account Name.

I changed my Guild Wars account name and recieved a confirmation e-mail. I click on the confirmation link but it won't load. I'm not sure if this is a problem with my computer or if it is suppose to do this. When I load a page it loads up fast but with this link it takes a while and then stops about half way. Is there anything I need to see or by clicking this link confirms everything and I can log onto my new account name?

The page just went down and said could not find so I tried to use my new account name thinking it'd worked be it hadn't. What exactly do I need to click to confirm my account change? Please help someone.
