I had an issue at a LAN party recently, I had network access, i had net connction but I had no connection to GW. I wanted to post this as a thread but since you are having the issue i'll just post it here.
Go into your router settings by opening a browser and in the address window type in 192.168.1.1 and hit enter. Your router will ask for a password, by default it's username: admin Password: password (this is typical but not all use the same one)
Then you go to your trigger/port forwarding section.
Then go to the triggering tab, or area, and select the starcraft default service and delete it. Something about that service conflicts with GW. (prolly cause it's based on similar coding somehow)
This fixed it for me and many others.
good luck

by the way you should always change your routers username and password to something personalized, with 6-10 characters that aren't correctly spelled words in any language, and have some numbers in them. This helps with preventing attacks on your machine.
