undead minions lasting longer with what skill ?

Ok, eariler i saw a necro/something have like 14 undead mionions she told me that it was a skill that gave her minions plus like 9 arrows to all undead minions.(kinda like a better mending but only for undead inions/ So they last way long)
Is this true?
If it is what is the skill?
Is it elite?
And where do i find it?

Verata's Sacrifice

Description: Sacrifice 15% max health. For 8-18 seconds, all undead allies gain 10 health regeneration. All conditions are removed from those allies and transferred to you.
Energy Cost: 10
Activation Time: 2 Seconds.
Recharge Time: 30 Seconds.

It's not an Elite. You can find it on Verata - he can be found in Kessex Peak as long as you don't have the villany of Galreth quest active. Verata carries all 3 of his skills on him. You can also buy it at the skill trainer in Copperhammer mines.

I played with a Nec/Monk Minion Master, and she was.

Using her Necro and monk skills, she kept them all alive and made a wall for us to fight behind.

I thought verata was a warrior boss. I never got any skills from him and I never heard of people catching skills from him. I brought this skill from gammel at copperhammer mines.

Verata is the chappie who teaches primary necros their first skills.

also Blood of the Master heals your minions for a lot.
