Shatter Hex was changed back in the PvP Extreme update.

Quote:

I'm curious as to how it was before, as I don't notice much change.

Before the update is was really, REALLY big (pretty much affected everything around). Now it's just kinda large.

It's still a great spell, but with all the hexes flying around SF and GF, I can understand why they needed to put it more in line with the other AoE damage spells.
