Pc on a warhammer

I currently have a golden warhammer 19-35 / req 8
+15 % > 50

and i have many perfect hammer upgrades.

so what i want to know is if it is a good idea to craft it (and with which upgrades ? fortitude, sundering, vampiric, exaltation ?) to sell it later a very high price, or if it is better for me to sell the upgrades separatly.

well if you were to add upgrades for use ..go with furious and fort or defense...they in my opinion have the most effect..otherwise plain i would say 70-100k
