Edit by Chief: Please read the "Trade thread general guidelines" about Bumping. Do not post until a full 24 hours have past since your original post or most recent post. Edit your post instead to add information, or to answer a question. Also you can send a PM to another user to answer questions. We do this so that everyone has an equal opportunity on the sell forum. When your Thread is Locked/Closed, you must wait 24 hours before creating a new thread.

You're entitled to one active thread at a time.

from the rules that i have read they say nothing about having multiple threads open, so this is allowed
they do how ever say that having multiple posts 1 after another without having someone (other than yourself) saying or qouting something in between or repeated bumping on your thread by you is not allowed. see below Do Not Double Post In these forums, a double posts consists of any two consecutive posts from the same user. It does not matter whether or not the contents differ -- if no one else's words or opinions come between two posts from the same person, it's a double post. Since the forums are growing extremely fast, and the moderators have limited time, those who ignore the edit button and repeatedly double/triple/quadruple post can have their second, third, fourth, etc, posts deleted without notice, and without having their contents pasted onto the first post as per usual. As the EDIT button will never disappear, you can always go back to edit your last post and add new thoughts. The practice of "bumping" is highly discouraged in these forums. If people wish to respond to your thread, they will add their opinions without the need of repeated spammed "bumps." Repeated "bumping" of a thread will most likely lead to the thread's deletion, instead. **edit** aaaaa now the link you have posted there is a different link that is on the top of the sell forum under the "forum guildines" section this is the link it takes you to so i did follow what it says here http://www.guildwarsguru.com/forum/s...?p=779#post779 Mistress Nocturnal

Bumps:
Upon making your new thread, you have a twenty four hour wait period before posting again in that thread. A bump is any type of post, from "Yes, you can buy that." to "Get lost." We don't want any post inside of a 24 hour minimum. If you post inside of that twenty four hour time span, your thread is deleted and/or locked. There should be no reason as to why you need to post something in that thread again that you could have posted in the opening topic. Your new post after the twenty four hour time span can be anything you wish. It is just as editable as your opening post. Crazy Sausage
that isnt what it says in the forum rules that are at the top of the sell forum this is the link that i am taken 2
http://www.guildwarsguru.com/forum/...p?p=779#post779 i only joined this forum a few days ago and the "other rules" that were refered to were in a thread from the 9th of sept so by now they would have been way way way down the thread order of listing so the only way id have read them would be if i was really sad and wanted to read every single post on this forum. I cannot be penalised for not being that sad If the rules in the thread are the rules that people should follow then surely they should replace what is in the link at the top of the sell forum that i have followed |
