Got a:

Gold Sephis axe
6-28 dmg (requ 11)
13%dmg > 50%hp


No other mods. Was wondering what i could sell it for?

I have perfect upgrades i can add in sunder 10/10 and +30hp. I am wondering if it would sell for more, than if i sold those items seperately??

yea, didnt think i would get too high. But having gotten it cheap it still looks like i can make a decent profit.
