Where to get apply poison skill?

Hi,

I have heard that you recieve the apply poison skill post-searing but now i am past that. Ive been looking all over to where to get apply poison but i cant find any information. If someone could tell me where i could get the apply poison skill after the searing I would appreciate it.

but.... apply poison isn't an elite skill... poison arrow is though

Apply poison can be found at the ascalon settlement North of lions arch.
The easiest way to find the person that gives the skill is to accept the quest from the merchant (in the tent area b4 the storage), that quest will send you right to the person that has apply poison.

Now for those wondering about poison arrow, heres some screenies. They should do all the talkin ;], Havent found barrage yet ;[.
