I think in the current economy, you paid fair prices. I wouldn't have paid more myself. The req 7 is nice, but there really isn't much point in collecting wooden bucklers in my opinion. I think the priority should always be graphics first, stats second, and requirement least important. Obviously, this one has ideal stats and req fit for any extreme collector, but the graphic itself is disappointing. The feathered longbow, on the other hand, maybe could have sold for twice what you paid. It has a perfect graphic and inherent mod, which is much more important than its requirment.
Requirement only really matters when everything else is also perfect and it is extremely low (in which case it adds greatly to the value) or when the requirement is so high that it pushes the item out of the realm of usability for many builds. I generally don't buy anything with a req above 10, but I love 10 and less. I am more indifferent to 7's than most people.
