1) This will be a hard sale. The req is just too high on it. I'm gonna say 2-3k for it. I think there are better collector shields anyway.
2) This will also be a hard sale. The req is too high, and you would need to be a monk, mesmer, and elementalist all at once to make full use of this staff. I'd say 1-2k, but in all honesty, you will probably have to vendor it.

6) You could probably tempt a N/Me into buying this. I don't play a mesmer so I can't say for sure how much this would be worth, but at a guess, I'd set it at 5k and see what happens.
