If your health drops below 50%, I have this spiked axe if you want to buy it:

Heavy Spiked Axe of Warding
Slashing Dmg: 6-28 (req. 10 Axe Mastery)
Damage +17% (while health below 50%)
Lengthens Weakness duration on foe
Armor +7 (vs. elemental attacks)

I don't expect you to pay a lot for it though.
