IS IT Even possible to make a Mo/Me runner?

I do know they have Illusion of Haste and Distortion but these skills are not very efficient. You could probably bring in Protective Spirit, Aegis, Guardian but it takes a few seconds to cast, seconds you might die. I thought something like

Illusion of Haste
Mend Ailement
Distortion
Guardian
Aegis
Protective Spirit
Peace and Harmony
Mantra of Concentration

But this runner will only be good to run only a few places at best, definetly not a Drok Runner by a long shot.

In fact Im not even sure this would even work to run. Is it even possible to make a Mo/Me runner?

illusion of haste would be good untill 15 second then you would have to stop and use monk spell to take crippling off but its not a bad idea dont think it wouldwork

You'd be better off with a R/W using maxed WS, Tactics, and Expertise or something like that.

Monks are simply too squishy for being runners.

Running sux. When you all are down to telling peeps howto do it. This game is lost.

Bypassing the story line to gain better armor, means you play without honor.

I pity these people

I used to think that, then I realised the story totally sucks andis a waste of time, and for sure im not taking another character through that tedious rubbish.

You don't have to bypass the story for the armor. You can get the armor, then go back and finish it in order. That's what I did on my 2nd and 3rd characters. My first character I did everything in order, as I should but by the 2nd and 3rd, I just wanted to get to where I had to be. I do think tho, that those on their first characters should do it in order as it's supposed to be done. JMO

agreed. my fist char (w/mo) did the game in order, but with some casters and other chars, past a certian point they get fragile, so i advanced them a little early in order to help keep them alive more often and not have to go through the whole game again to do so, i still went back and did the game in order, but yeah did kind of take a short cut for some better gear, but no it NEVER made its way into the arenas. if im doing that then that advantage will be taken off, although now a days, youre dead if you do

I caught a run on Dok on my main character, dont find any loss of honor there because I had to work my buttos off farming to actually buy Drok armor. Its not like: wheee caught a ride to Drok and buy good armor instantly. It takes a good amount of farming for low level characters to get that money to pay for that shiny new armor (or tattoos in my case).

How I totally disagree I find the story cool. In fact I havent rushed through this game at all. Ive been playing for 55 days and about 219+ hours and im still enjoying PvE. People who don't is becasue they usually blaze through this treating it like an actual MMO which you can't do. People sit back and relax and don't rush the storyline or the PvE :P... IF THE PvE sucked a lot of people wouldn't be there at all. I intend to do my Ranger with the same style, taking it slowly enjoying quests, farming, missions and pveing with other comrades. Otherwise if you dont relax this game then has nothing to offer. Go play WoW instead. WoW is big and full of shiny things! Oooo shiny things!
