what are lodestones

i have a lot of lodestones but i dont know what they are for..
plz help me out

They used to be for something in the BWE's, but now their just garbage or items to sell to merchants for quick cash.

I'm sure there are collectors somewhere but I dunno where. I sell 'em. I used to break 'em down, but they salvage into granite slabs that are nearly worthless lol.

Are you talking about Icy or Enhanced Lodestones? Some collectors ask for it.

Take those loadstones to the collector just outside post-searing Sardelac Sanitarium. Can get some decent items from her in that stage of the game.

Icy lodstones can be traded for a nice bow pre-searing in the wizards folly
