Hmm here's a simple request.
If the npc is near a pile of gold, not engaged with any monsters and your not far away to trigger them to come chase you... could they pick up a pile of gold near them... I think they want the max amount of money coming to them too.

Actually, based on the fact that henchmen are exceptionally good at aggroing things a mile away, I wouldnt suggest this.
Plus the warrior henchies use charge after battles, which...accelerates their Leeroyness~
