Can you Transfer items from char to char on same account?

I cant remember If i read this somewhere, are you able to transfer items and or coin from one character to another on your account?

All characters on the same account share the vault (which is post-searing only and costs a one-time fee of 50 g to access)

Once yo uget out of post searing you can't come back right? So you lose your vault and all its items?

NO, post-searing is after PRE-SEARING, which you're referring to im sure. The vault is forever in post-searing and won't disappear.
