Hi!

I am looking for a shield with tactics req. 10 or lower...

I would like some mods like:
- Quick recovery from bleeding (or crippled)
- Some health (or some armor)

i got one with health always +26 and strenght +1(16% chance) req 10 tac PM if ur interested, and some other.
