I understand that the health <50 mod isn't desired by too many people, but I would still appreciate a PC on this item...

Also, is it worth it for me to swap/add mods (will the value of the item increase more than the cost of the mods), or should I just try to sell it as-is?

Thanks in advance for taking the time to look and hopefully respond!

Thanks to everybody who's offered feedback...for Watmonster, I like eggs, but I wouldn't go so far as to say I love eggs. Too much cholesterol.

However, I still have the other part of my question that I was hoping for an answer about. If I replace the enchanting mod with something better (or just a higher %) and/or add another prefix mod, is that likely to increase the cost of the axe more than the cost of the mods? I'm anticipating that the answer will be no, but I'm finding out that I know less and less about how this economy works as each day passes...
