At first, I would like to say that this is not an auction and if the price do not reach a desired level, i reserve the right not to sell.

STATS:

Light Dmg 11-22 (req. 11 Smiting Prayers) ->max

Improves skill recharge using Smiting Prayer skills (Ch: 20%)->max

Energie +13->I guess +15 is maximum here, but I do not know! For Rods without negative Energie Regeneration it's +5, as far as I know

Energie regeneration -1
