Damage +15% (Health below 50%)

The shield:

Aegis
AL16 (req12 Tactics)
Received damage -3 (6%)


EDIT: Another shield:

Tall Shield
AL16 (req11 Tactics)
Health +39 (while hexed)

I also stumbled across a couple of golden wands that I wouldn't mind someone pricing for me:

Water Wand
11-21 (req10)
Energy +4 (while health below 50%)

Truncheon
11-22 (req10 Blood)
Improves casting speed using Blood skills (18%)

I'm guessing that seeing as the Wand is not maxed it's probably shop-sell, but how about the Truncheon?

I also have Gorrel's staff... how much does that usually go for?

Ok, both of the two wands have been sold, but I'd still like a price check on the Shields especially. Does anybody here have any idea?
