Opythia Paradeux
Ive heard a couple people talking about interupt combo's
I'd like to know what your favorite / best
skills are for those,
Do any two work enhance each other?
Thanks

My favorite interrupt is Distracting Shot, combined with Serpent's Quickness. Only uses 5 energy, has a fairly fast recovery time. SQ shortens that time even more.
The only thing I like better is Barrage, which Markis so kindly gave up to me last night.

Savage Shot, Punishing Shot, Distracting Shot...that's all you really need....you can use Incendiary (instead of Punshing) or Choking Gas with the other 3 if you wanted to.
Fye Duron
Conjure Flame and Kindle arrow with savage shot, punishing shot, Distracting shot all equal big damage with major interuptions

Opythia Paradeux
awsome, thanks guys
The New Guy
This is by far, my most favorite build for my Ranger.
Barrage
Distracting Shot
Savage Shot
Favourable Winds
Storm Chaser
Whirling Defense
Troll Unguent
Res Signet
I know many of you guys might disagree with bringin Troll Unguent, but let's face it, once in a while we get into a mission with bad healing monks.
And as for my res signet, I know it can be replaced with much stronger Ranger skill, but from my exp I'm always the only one who survives the onslaught if some1 pulls in too many mobs. N no! its not because i run away from battle!

Chillin-N-Killin
running away from a failing battle aint all bad (Live to fight and rez another day) is my thought.
I hate it when you get people that stand there and fight a losing battle.

When you get good at interrupting these three skill/spells are great caster killer in the 4 man area if you have Mesmer as a secondary.
Arcane Conundrum or Migraine {Elite}
Concussion shot- One of the most power skills in the game
Distracting Shot
Some say Migraine is a wasted {Elite} and it really might be. The only reason I use it time to time instead of Arcane Conundrum is the negative health degeneration affect and it last longer and recharges faster. Once you learned what spells to hit with your concision shot daze really shuts down Elementalists and can shut down Mesmer and Monks depending on how good they are or how good you are with that distracting shot after you daze them. A good monk will bring a condition remover but when there dazed it takes over a sec to cast witch you hit them with the Distracting shot. If the Mesmer or Monk is able to remove the hex it can cause problems with these skills you just haft to wait till Arcane Conundrum or Migraine recharge before trying to launch Concussion shot. Here one of my favorite builds to use with this.
13 Expertise with mask + minor rune
13 Marksmanship with Superior rune
9 illusion
5 in Wilderness survival With a minor
Poison Shot {Elite} or Melandru's Arrows {Elite}
Conjure Phantasm
Arcane Conundrum
Concussion shot-
Distracting Shot
REZ
Whirling Defense
Pin Down
Even if you get messed up some how with your concussion shot you can skill be effective with the -9 health degeneration or -8 depending on weather you bring poison or Melandru's Arrows.

u should have BM at 4-9 for Tiger's Fury and either high Marksmanship for the increase in Concussion Shot's daze effect... or high WS for a longer lasting Incendiary
also... u can go Mes secondary for skills like Arcane Conundrum... they help a lot
