Guild Hall Advantages

I'm about to buy a guild hall and after visiting each of them, I'm wondering if, beside the look, they have different attributes or advantages (For example, Frozen island gives bonus to cold spells)?

You know I visited all of them before getting mine, but in the end I decided that I wanted the midnight ocean view from the cliffs of my hunters island.

No far as I can tell there are no such attributes or advantages to the different guild halls.

There are no advantages, but there are disadvantages for sure. Such as the Icy place making you slow on ice. The fire place putting you on fire. Simple stuff you normally see in-game.

Are the Guild Hall the area where Guild vs Guild battles take place?

Not where it always takes place. I'm not too sure if its random, or if it takes one of the two guilds guild halls.

Just to clarify: A G vs G always takes place at a guild hall, not necessarily yours

well... lets say you are a pretty low ranking guild... then you chose the fire island... now you can just bring iron mist and put the flag runner in flame or maybe water trident to annoy the hell out of their flag runner... and since being low ranking, your chance of meeting higher ranking guild and fight in your own island.... yea some advantage can be given depending on your build.
