Question on elementalist

im thinking what kind of combo for elementalist is best, im thinking something either like elementalist/necro or elementalist/mesmer, what kind do u think is the best, or what char do u think is the best for pvp

I played a Elementalist/Necro in the last two BWEs. I found him very effective. I waded into mobs and blasted away with fire skills, then finished them off with necro skills. He was pretty durable, although in some situations he could get overwhelmed. However, I am no ace at character builds, as some are, so I'm afraid I can't give you any specifics. He was fun to play and I soloed with him through most of the early missions.

"Best" is really up to your preferance, and what you plan to do with the Elementalist in question. For example, you can go with a monk secondary, and put out a little healing, but for pvp (in my experience) an ele/mo needs to focus on either attacking, or healing, not both. You could run an earth mage, for defensive wards. You can go pure damage lines, and run a mesmer secondary to help offset energy concerns.

So, a better question might be what is the best combo to achieve X? If you tell us a little about what you would like to do with the build, we might be able to help more.

well im focusing on high atk m,agician, kinda like wizard, i dunno wut is good, cuz i mesmer has high speed, but necro can do well in pvp cuz of curse and stuffs, im focusing on something good at mass pvp as well as solo pvp, or PVE doesnt matter, i don't think i like 2nd class as monk, cuz i don't want to waste my mana on healing stuffs, so im wishing on like something who can kill

mesmer secondary doesn't have fastcast; you'd want to pick a mesmer if you wanted one of the spell inlines from them: domination, illusion or inspiration -- that said, I'd pick a necro second class over a mesmer, the blood magic line is just too much fun to pass up.
