Was selling the axe in town for 50-70k when someone messaged me and said "dude that axe is worth 3 times as much, fyi" - so it kinda startled me O.o

Then I decided to come here and get an opinion from you all =)

yes YES, perfect perma dmg weapons, u can get a motherload of cash...
i am not gonna give you a number because 1) i dont know 2) all i know is, its gotta be TONS!!

man just think of that axe with perfect sunder, furious. fortitude. mods...*drool*

EDIT:: Also, just an idea, for ppl who care:: Would +5 armor mod offset the -10 making total -5 armor? Hmmm

yeah axe is worth bunches. and yes +5 armor offsets it, but does -10 armor matter in PvP? no ur a warrior
