You must speek to the guild register who you bought the guild off.

The cost is 2000gold, or, 2 platinum.

Don't worry.

Me and my 2 friends are level 7, 7, and 9, and we combined money to buy a cape.

EDIT: Changed 3 friends to two. There's three of us total.

If you already purchased a cape, can you change its appearance by re-buying it? (just like in the BWE's.)
