Energy Offhands

Im lookin to buy Energy offhands for Curses, Blood, and Water Magic
I need ones with:
+12 Energy (req <10)
Improves Skill Recharge (10% for necro, 9 or higher for water magic)
I dont require another bonus, but a quick recovery from weakness, blind, or cripple on the curses or water magic one i will pay more for. A plus armor or health while enchanted on the water artifact or blood idol will get more also. and a +armor or health always on the blood magic will get more money. No rods/staves only +12 energy offhands

O and i prefer curses offhands that dont look like heads

I have these: so please dont offer anything worse.

+5 energy enchanted
req 8 blood

and

Truncheon 12 energy -1 regen
req 12 blood
max dmg

and

Deadly Cesta max dmg
req 8 death magic
10% faster recharge
+5 energy enchanted
