I would kindly appreciate a price check for the Gold Crippling Summit Axe of Axe Mastery having the following specifications :

Slashing Dmg 6-28 (req 10 Axe Mastery)
Damage +20% (while hexed)
Lengthens Crippled duration on foe
Axe Mastery +1 (16% chance while using skill)
