so my guild was gvging today (got into top 1k woot), and this member on their team called us a "google hoe" . We laughed so hard, but we cannot find out what it means.

Never heard of it before, but I'm guessing it refers to Googling a build. Quite simply, you probably were using a FOTM build, or at least something unoriginal.
