Damn if only that was in stance. Nice shield free bump for you. Not 840k though. Maybe maybe maybe 500k from someone who's buying and doesn't know why. But if your using -dmg while enchanted ya might as well use health while enchanted.

anything 28 and up permanent health is good. being that this is a strength shield, and require only 7req. & has 2 MODS. second being maxed out. i wouldn't be surprise if someone offered a mil.

and the reason lower reqs is benificial is
A: having a certain level in a skill is NOT always a good thing.
prime example; if you're running, farming, or doing pvp your build can change substancially depending on your role; and as such you need to be able to allocate points elsewhere without incuring a penalty on the effectiveness of your equipment.
B: even if the aforementioned clause is 100% unable to apply to your situation, many people will pay extra for a perfect item simply because it is just that; perfect.
that having been said; i think its probably in the 500-700k range; it would be considerably higher if the HP bonus was +30.
