Hello. I am new to GW and I don't know where any PvP Arenas are. I chose a role playing character, could I still access PvPs? And what level do you have to be to participate? Thanks.

Yes, you sure can PvP. All the PvP arenas i have seen so far are in post-ascalon. There alot of fun
Id recomend at least lvl 7 before you enter the academy before you hit post-ascalon.
