Where's the AL51 collector armor for elementalists?

Does anyone has an up-to-date list of the collectors for the Elementalist AL51 armor pieces? I've only been able to obtain the chest piece, the gloves, and the fire eye headpiece. I really want to know where the skirt and shoes are, and what the collectors want for them.

Map locations would be really nice!

(Just to let you know, I've tried the search, but the info I'm coming up with is either incorrect or out-of-date. I'm looking for the most recent info.)
