E/Me Build Question.

The other night I was fighting an Ele/Me that was oddly using a bow. Thinking she/he was some noob and I attacked her. While I was charging at her she hit me w/ her/his bow witch immediatly knocked me down so i got up only to be hit again and be knocked down again. This continued for about 15 seconds and I got extremely pissod off. I might be missing something obvious here but I scanned through the skills and counld find anything. So if anyone happens to know how this works please post.

Possibly this:
Thunderclap {Elite} - Hex Spell
For 8-18 seconds, if target foe is struck for lightning damage, that foe and adjacent foes are knocked down, and you lose 15-9 Energy or Thunderclap ends.
Shocking Bow would work with that. Don't see how this would be practical as a E/Me, but it's doable.

Bow has more range than a wand maybe? Or a bow with a faster RoF?
I never noticed before, but that spell takes a TON of energy.

Run it at 16 Air it's somewhat maybe by a long stretch usable. Maybe run Glyph of Elemental Power to cut down by 1 energy. Etiher way, you need BiP support if you want to use this skill reliably.
Funny anecdote, back in the beta I made a hench group and went into tombs. First map was the lower-tier relic and I put it on the Ghostly, Knights Templar was holding and half the other team was in range of the effect. It was quite entertaining to watch them all fall down on every wand hit. Later on LoneDust, Scaph, Sarus and I ran it with Echoed Meteor Showers and Aftershocks, quite fun to play but not at all effecient.
