I need a price check for the following:

Sundering Flamberge of fortitude (req 11. swordsmanship)
Slashing Damage 15-22 damage
Damage +15% (while health is above 50%)
Health + 22
Armor penetration (Chance 7%)
Value. 388 gold

i found a perfect flamberge earlier today while farming

yours req 11.. most ppl prefer 10 and under. and no max upgrades or anything. my guestimate is probably 80K. the way the market is now that would be a pretty good sell for you.
