The First 15 point quest is accept in Destinys Gorge from someone I do know remember the name but the quest name is the Forgotten ones, once you get that quest go to Augury and you might be able to run to the destination, you might have to fight some hydras though. Once you get to the guy that gives you the reward he gives you another quest which will have the 15 points in the reward and again you can run to the destination and pretty much avoid everything. Just in case you dont know which guy to talk to either talk to them all or talk to the snake guy (Someone correct me please on the term of these guys) near the north west exit in Destinys Gorge, hes actualy more in the middle of the side on the west exit.

Quest from Destiny's gorge, then go to Augury Rock to Skyward Reach, go east, then down, there's a path that goes down, yuo'll know it's right when you see a collector.
Then go east, past a few dozen hydra, talk tot he Forgotten. Then you get another quest from him down in the arid Sea. Go down, then east, then go up a ramp, onto a huge platform that looks like a massive statue, go across all that and you'll find another snake.

^ That was VERY rough

Nah its not that tough if you're a W/Mo.
Its a little tough if you're someone who doesn't have any running skills, like my Necro.
You can avoid fighting almost anything in your path, but make sure to bring henchies.
Let the henchies take the meteor from the hydras and you run past. Strafe left and right while running forward with the Q and E buttons to avoid their other fire spell (can't remember the name) to get to Saliss Yasith (I think) to get the quest, and continue running to Arid Sea.
In Arid Sea, there are a sand giants that can't be avoided so just kill them. Shouldn't be more than 2 groups of them.
