WTB req. 8 tactic shield +hp (while enchanted)

I need a shield with req. 8 tactics and with 30-40hp (while enchanted)
btw i dont want to pay too much

I have a purple 9 req +26 while enchanted. Not 30, but probably a lot cheaper than what someone will want for a 30+

i have a +45hp while enchated 8 tact
how much u willing to offer?

u didnt ask for req.9 but if u could tweak your attributes i have a req 9 reinforced buckler w/ 40 health (while enchanted) 8k
