WTB 10/10 Staff; +5>50%/10% Rods

I need a gold staff with the following mods:

+12 Energy
10% Faster Recharge on ALL SKILLS
10% Faster Cast Rate on ALL SKILLS

DMG and requirement does not matter but the higher dmg and lower req, the better it is.

I prefer if it the staff was not a necro or mesmer as I think there are greens one available like it. (Im sure on a green necro staff but not sure on mesmer)



For Rods/Wands

I need one that has:

+5 Energy When Hp is over 10%
and
10% Faster Recharge on all skills.
I will also consider 10% Fast cast on all skills.


Again, the type does not matter but high dmg and lower req is better.
