Immolate and conjure fire

Where do I get immolate and conjure fire? what are the steps I need to take in oreder to get those skills?

Apparently the Lion's Arch has a trainer for Conjure Flame, as to Immolate, I'd head over there and cross my fingers.

A friend of mine got Immolate at Grendich Courthouse (I think that's the name). Hehehe, it was at the same time I got Epidemic, so we had some fun lighting up groups of mobs. Fire is a condition, and Epidemic spreads conditions from one foe to all nearby foes. Mwahahahaha! We had good fun with that one.
