I want to get his greens for my domination mesmer, but I'm having a hard time finding him. According to GuildWiki he only spawns during the Orozar mission, which really sucks.
The chance of me actually getting a group and going far enough into Orozars mission to get him to spawn, and then actually getting a drop I want (and I want two) is insane. This also makes it impossible to buy his items since no one seems to have them
So, does anyone know of a place he always spawns at? Or if you have his cane or chakram, I'd buy it in an instant.

No, that's Gorrel Rockmolder. Korvald Willcrusher always spawns inside SF, and AFAIK only during Orozar. I actually do Orozar runs while I'm online, whisper me ingame if you need help. Chances are we'll find him, but he'll drop 3 enslavement stones or something of the like. Damn you stones!

he spawns in the Orozar quest, as you've been told, and in Final Assault. I've only done Final Assault twice, but both times he has spawned with another boss in the.. bright red room or whatever.. looks like it's really hot in there ;p (if you've done Fire In The Hole, the room where you fight the Flame Djinn)
I'm going to go do it a few more times, see if he's there each time. (Rago has been in the same place both times as well)

if you wanna get drops from sf quests, just kill the bosses and never accept any rewards if the quest is completed.

Hmmm...yeah, I forgot about Final Assault. I only did it twice - the first time I was with someone who knew what they were doing and we won. The second time people wouldn't follow orders and generally let teammates try to solo the Djinn. I don't know if the bosses are completely random or if they only appear in certain spots; I'd have to try it again to see.

farming Actually, for SF they made all the quests repeatable. You can get the xp reward, leave SF, come back, and do the same quests again. No biggie.

That sucks, he's probably one of the least wanted bosses and he's one of the hardest to get

Is the Willcrusher that rare? I have the staff, nothing too amazing, though the model is pretty good-looking. My 2nd green drop ever too
Weirdly enough, all my green drops (3 only though) ever are rare ones - Grognar's Blade, Willcrusher, Rago's Flame Wand. Can't seem to get a SINGLE green to drop from GF though, despite 3x the time spent and probably over 5 times the number of bosses killed.

well, did Final Assault a few more times. (not the whole quest, just bosskilling goodness..), Malinon spawned in the same spot everytime, Rago did as well, however... Korvald only spawned once, and only in the hot furnace room.

Just to build on the above post (since he and I have been doing alot of final assualt runs for the "rarer" bosses):
In the "main room", 2 warrior bosses always spawn, and travel in the same group - any combination of 2 from Malinon, Gravelhead, and Tanzit.
In the "hot furnace room", 1 monk boss and 1 mesmer boss spawn. I think once we even had 2 monk bosses spawn together, although dont quote me on that. Again, the bosses spawn together and travel in the same linked mob. We've seen some of the rarer guys there, including as noted above Korvald, as well as Ivor.
In the area with the Forgemaster, 2 eles spawn - always Rago, it seems, plus either the earth or air ele bosses, who's names esacape me at the moment...Runar and..erm..
What is strange however is that what's missing from Final Assualt is a boss group comprised of rangers/necros. We've been all throughout, and cant find any. On repeated trips through yesterday (say..6-8 trips or something), we only came across the 3 boss mobs as noted above.
We checked the Stairs, the Dredge Mushroom Forest, the "cold furnance room", the raised area across the lowerable bridge, the crushers, ..etc. Nothing.
If anyone comes across the missing 4th boss mob, I'd love to know where they are hiding....although, there's nothing saying that there HAS to be a 4th group, it would just make sense from a design perspective - you know, symmetry and all.
