Did they remove the Elementalist Robe from the collectors? I have been searching through out the land trying to find all of the collectors and I still am unable to find it.

I couldn't find it either, don't know if it exists. If you have some cloth though you can just make a better one as soon as you get to post-sear.

I couldn't find it either. I just crafted some in Post-Sear, so it ended up working out fine.
