Epidemic and Fevered Dreams
Fezz
Both of these skills say they transfer negative conditions to nearby foes. When it says "conditions" does that include Hexes, or is that just things like Bleeding, ect.?
Pyxis
Its just conditions,
but would be nice to know the Range, from what I hear Epidemic is pretty sad range, don't know about Fevered if it fairs any better.

Nearby is basically melee range without facing. That is, a tight circular radius around the target. If this is melee range :

Where O is you and + is where you can strike (ie that's the way your character is pointing) then nearby is something like this :

+O+

It's perhaps a little longer than melee range and it does differ from skill to skill but that's about the ide, it's PBAoE. Area of Effect based around a Point.
And, yes, Fevered and Epidemic only transfer Conditions - Burning, Bleeding, Poisoned, Crippled, and so on. Not Hexes, those are something separate just as hexes can't be removed by condition removal and vice versa.

Adjacent and nearby seem to be used interchangably. The ranges fluctuate over time, too, so it's hard to say exactly. It's close range, it's a circle around the target, that's the general idea.
Or Player Based AoE or Point Based AoE. There are several versions of that acronym but, of course, not everyoen even knows what PBAoE means in the first place so sometimes it helps them to be a bit more descriptive...
